Apartment Review for Casa Monterrey - Huntington Beach, CA

I have lived here for a very long time. I do like living here because the rent is good. But as far as the staff, that could use some work. I have been in customer service for many, many years and this staff could use some classes. I have had one item in my apartment that has been broken for about 8 months. I have had them come in and fix it 2 times. I told them what the problem is so that they can fix it, but they don't listen. Also I had a leak and it was not fixed I went to the office and told the staff. The lady in the office said she want to come to my apartment to take a look. I was fine with that, she looked at were the leak was and said I think you are wrong there is no leak. Meanwhile there was mold from when the leak was unnoticed. I would recommend this place to anyone but to get anything done in your apartment you have to micromanage the staff.
