Apartment Review for Casa Monterrey - Huntington Beach, CA

It really sounds like two different complexes are being reviewed. We've lived here for about two years now, and have loved it. As to the staff... When we moved in here there was one group of staff people, and they rocked. They then left and we had kind of an interim group, who weren't that good. Now that the permanent staff are here things are back to normal. Normal being quick maintenance response, attentive management etc... The walls here are super thick. We barely ever hear our neighbors. Some of the units have backyards. Fireplaces, central A/C and heat, dishwashers, gas stoves etc etc... We're never moving. lol. Seriously....I've hated every apartment that I've lived in until this one. The people are chill, the ammenities are great.
