Apartment Review for Casa Monterrey - Huntington Beach, CA

First off I want to say that I have lived here 2 years. It was a nice place to live when the first managment team was here. But after they left it turned into a nightmare. First off it started with the Gardeners that come 3 days a week with their leaf blows. They are here for over 3 hours starting at 9 am sometimes. Its very noisy and if you have allergies its a killer. Second the new managers did not even give us a 24 hour notice when they told us they were coming into our apartments to spray for bugs. They also shut down the laundry rooms without 24 hours notice. I had a problem (as other tenent mentioned with a leak) they said to me there was no leak either but it was mold. It took them 3 weeks to come in and fix it and clean it and paint it. The funny thing is when they did finnally come to fix it they didnt call and let us know. They just came in. NO notice! Recently the noise factor has started earlier now with the construction they are doing on the complex. It wakes me up every morning. When i call the managers they tell me to get used to it or that I have to deal with it. VERY RUDE ... If we had new managers I would stay here but as of now we are looking for a new place to call home. I would not live here.
