Apartment Review for Casa Monterrey - Huntington Beach, CA

Where do I start? My apartment has 20 layers of thick, white, sloppy paint over every surface. Took a month to get the broken microwave replaced, after that it took 4 months to get the plate for said microwave. Huge unexplainable electric bills that sce tells me must be a problem with the apartment that I can't get the managment to do anything about. The mexicans who come from outside the apartments to dig through the dumpster looking for cans and bottles that the managment does nothing about, in fact i watched one of our "handymen" help the guy one time. My shower goes from blistering hot to freezing cold and I still can't get anyone to look at it. The first time I turned the stove on one of the tiles peeled off in the kitchen, still not fixed. I do not reccomend this apartment complex to anyone.
