Apartment Review for Avalon At Pacific Bay - Huntington Beach, CA

Waterbill, waterbill, and oh yes...WATERBILL! They don't have individual meters for the apartments so they split the water bill by how many bedrooms and so forth. Go on vacation, come back and YES! you will have a water bill. They are fixing some part of the complex, check your water bill, you can bet it has gone up!!

The noise level goes down some in the winter which is the norm, but they basically rent to anyone who can pay. So you never know if your going to get extremely inconsiderate neighbors. Which is usually the case. Oh! and get ready when your lease is up and you have a lease renewal because it can increase anywhere from $30 to $100. That's just insane! You can negoitate, but good luck because it depends if the management staff is in a good mood. Speaking of management that is 1 to 2 1/2 year turn-over so you never who's running it.
