Apartment Review for Avalon At Pacific Bay - Huntington Beach, CA

Overall this apartment is alright if you cannot afford a better complex but be forewarned. There are a lot of college age adults here which is usually not a problem but as I happen to live very close to one, I hear their late night debauchery and bad taste in music quite frequently..say everyday. The leasing office of course will not admit to any negativity for they lose their commission but do not get pushed into it by an aggressive salesperson as my partner did. Aside from the fact that this is not the best place to rent from, considering the obscene prices in Orange County...this may be the best that it gets.

OH, and there is NEVER security. I don't even know who the security guard is and the gate next to the parking lot fence is always left unlocked. I also passed some young pre-pubescent males who were obnoxious enough to make racist comments. Basically, if you can afford to move elsewhere, by all means, go. I am going to leave as soon as the lease is up because the apartment is moldy and the paint is cheap.
