Apartment Review for Avalon At Pacific Bay - Huntington Beach, CA

I think the previous reviews are right on. The management and parking are the biggest complaints I have with this complex. The management is inept and lack the skill and qualifications to effectively run this complex and will overcharge you whenever they have the opportunity. Additionally when you move out be prepared to lose your deposit, and then be charged more money for things they can't explain nor will they reconsider or negotiate "unpaid" balances for these unexplained items. Just not worth the hassle.
