Apartment Review for Avalon At Pacific Bay - Huntington Beach, CA

the walls are paper thin. i literally just heard the guy next door sneeze. our bedrooms share the same wall so i can also hear him snore at nite. as well as him & his gf/wife/wtv. we got brand new carpet and fresh paint. but whoever they hired to paint really half-assed. theres nearly 30 layers of paint & its already peeling off. drawers and cabinets dont close properly because of this. they painted over staples and HAIR. EW. there is asbestos in the walls that they warn you about when u sign the lease. heaters dont work. you can hear when any of the plumbing is used by anyone in the building. noisey neighbors that dont have any consideration for others. they put speakers outside and have parties every weekend. RUDE & careless. they also have a dog that no one has seemed to notice yet. leasing office is nice. but they could care less about you. someone was supposed to come in to fix some complaints the day after we moved in. never saw anyone..
