Apartment Review for Avalon At Pacific Bay - Huntington Beach, CA

My roomate and I got a call saying that our downstairs neighbor complained about our shoes being too loud on the stairs and if we could be more considerate, it would be great (we both had to wear heels to work everyday) Yet, when both of our cars get towed out of the complex because we forgot to put our permit in the window, and had a guest park in our carport, they told us too bad, it's policy... Plus they raised the rent almost 1000 every year. I wouldn't reccomend
