Apartment Review for Avalon At Pacific Bay - Huntington Beach, CA

1) Glorified " Garage" , can't close the door, you pay $60 more a month for, then you ask to have it adjusted due to contruction and you are made out to be a liar when you let them know that you can't use the garage. Now you are told, you don't pay extra it is in the rent. When showing documents referring to the extra amount, nothing is done. 2) You pay for water that you share with 7 other apt's. 3) you pay for garbage and gas to heat the water. 4) Dishwasher leaking, you will be told that you use to much soap, even if you use pre messured caps. 5) painted over all surface time and time again. Paint will chip, to display hair in paint.
