First of all they get you in with their "monthly special" and low deposit. Then at the end of the year they raise the rent atleast $200.00 and thats only if you sign another year lease with them. At 1st it looks like a beautiful place to live, But shortly after moving in you will find that it is loud(the walls are paper thin) There are Gigantic spiders everywhere and mold growing everywhere. You think the washer in dryer is great until your neighbor decides to do laundry at 12 o'clock at night, Which management will do nothing about. Then when you decide to move out because they want to charge you 1700 a month for a one bedroom, Remember that small deposit is not going to cover the painting and carpet cleaning that they will charge you for. BEWARE this is one of the most F-d establishment I have ever dealt with
