Apartment Review for Beachwood Village Apartment - Huntington Beach, CA

I really like living here. Carlos the maintenance man was awesome, and did a great job of upkeep for us. For the price, it is very spacious, and I liked the tropical feel of the pool area and the waterfalls. Security is so-so, the gates tend to break a lot, so people can come into the community at will. And I gave parking a 2....It is great that you get two assigned parking spots with the apartment. But, if you have guests over, plan on playing taxi. The homeowners around the corner decided to get greedy and will ticket anyone who parks on thier block. You can park across the street, but you run the risk of being towed, or broken into while visiting. Shayne and Michelle are both very pleasant to work with as far as working things out with apartment problems, and are more than willing to provide you with any office documents you may need. I would recommend this apartment complex, and would come back given the right roomate and living situation.
