Apartment Review for Beachwood Village Apartments - Huntington Beach, CA

I guess you get what you pay for. Managment isn't all that great. They complain about stuff on your balcony. And they allow pets, but only indoors. Evrything inside looks like its from the senventies. The countertops are all chipped, the cubbords dont close all the way, the showers have stains and rust. They dont replace the carpet before you move in, only shampoo it. There are always at least 10 kids at the pool everyday screaming, and they parents can't keep them in control. However management never says anything to them. There are bums that come and dig through the dumpsters.
