Tenants are cool. Manager is horrible. Parking is adequate but a real pain to maneuver inside complex. Gets too hot in summer and complex smells bad from dumpsters nearby. Lots of mosquitos, moths, spiders, roaches, rats, and possums. Outdated and cheap infrastructure. 20 layers of paint and 70's asbestos ceilings. Jacuszzi and pool are clean which is great, but there is no privacy whatsoever. Manager is real creepy unick and goes through your mailbox to see who is living with you.  Need to rent an apartment?
