Apartment Review for Californian Apartment Homes - Huntington Beach, CA

this place would be ok if it was under 1000 for a 1 bedroom apartment. unfortunately its almost 1200 for a 1 bedroom apartment. its yard is concrete even though i was told i would have a back yard where i can plant things. the big selling point is the hardwood floors which this apartment did not have, so why advertise hardwood floors if you dont have them? the staff are nice and friendly during their 9-5 hours. however, if you need something outside those hours forget it. they can not be reached. also, when its dark you can just make out what your walking on. it has alot of bushes so you can be walking on mud, dead plants or dog crap as this has a big dog community. it also suffers from a snail and spider infestation. other than all that, its ok, but overpriced.
