Bad parking people always parking in your spot and management does not call tow truck, gates don't work, management not very helpful, very loud neighbors who don't care, dogs in apartments when there are no dogs allowed, lots of kids that ride their bikes and skateboards all over property, nice lanscaping, horrible pipes always backing up or overflowing, laundry room is messy or not working, cars are always being broken into, cops said that this community is high on the list of stolen cars and break in's, spiders and ants.
