Apartment Review for Casa Del Sol Apartments - Huntington Beach, CA

The management team at Casa Del Sol are definately not educated individuals and completely lack professionalism. The "Manager" apparently believes that having this occupation makes him an equal of God. Ha ha, dork. Get a new hair cut! Apparently his job description is to test drive golf carts all day. I think that his "Assistant Manager" does most of the work, I'm not sure though, I don't think she speaks English. If you don't mind homeless people sleeping in the laundry rooms and hovering around the trash bins, getting your clothes stolen from the LOCKED laundry room, getting your bike stolen even though it was chained through the frame and around a cement pole and never being able to park ANYWHERE....then you'll love this place. Oh yeah, don't let me forget to mention the mold and leaking ceilings or the boys upstairs that turn your backyard into an ashtray and beer can cemetary who are loud and obnoxious ALL the time. Don't bother telling the management though, all they care about is if you park along the curb (because there is NO parking) after grocery shopping with your hazzard lights on because you WILL get a parking ticket. Don't mind the golf cart parked directly in front of my car at the time ( I have pictures). This place is a hell hole!!!!!!!
