Apartment Review for Casa Del Sol Apartments - Huntington Beach, CA

I have lived here for almost 2 years now. There have always been parking problems and security problems. But right now the managment is constructing about 10-15 more parking spaces - a drop in the bucket, but at least they are doing something. They should really enforce their parking laws, that is the real solution to the problem. I suppose this place is marginal - the only really really bad thing is that the rent is too high. Everything else is just what you should expect when you live in a complex of 500+ units. Yeah, the only reason that I am not going to renew my lease is because of how much it costs to live here. I found something else just down the street that is $120 less per month.
