Apartment Review for Casa Del Sol Apartments - Huntington Beach, CA

The management at this place is horrible. We lived there for 3 years solely because of the location. List of our complaints: They increased the rent every year regardless of what other complexes were doing. The laundry machines never worked and the cost always increased. They continually rented to young 20-somethings who come back from thee bars early in the morning and are very loud. Seriously, half the tenants are white trash...I can't count the number of times Cops were called to our building. When we complained, they had the attitude of let the cops deal with it, but the police say it is up the management to deal with it...they act like that because they would not want to live there. The management is so messed up. They have such a high turnover rate at the front office that no one there knows anything...We were always told the wrong information. Not to mention they will try to screw you our of you security deposit. They tried to charge us for paint...by California law, you cannot charge for paint, it is normal wear and tear, yet we are fighting with them right now. There is hardly any parking. Not enough spots and they will never enforce people parking in your spot. They rarely got around to our service requests. The plumbing system is from the 70s, so everytime you use the garbage disposal, it backs up...their suggestion...don't use it!!!
