Apartment Review for Casa Del Sol Apartments - Huntington Beach, CA

My husband and I have been living in this complex for 6 months now. We have agreed on a few pros and cons about this complex. PROS: two pools, spa, gym (small but everything you need), location, billards, pingpong, grounds are pretty, covered parking, elevator (nice for moving in and out and also big loads of groceries), plenty of laundry facilities, variety of tenants (young, old, families, singles, couples), nice staff, really safe. CONS: gym could use more equipment, noise! (we are honestly not that loud, but we get complaints all the time. If you want to play your music semi-loud and talk at the same time, you should expect a visit from good ol' security guard), variety of tenants (I know that was a PRO as well, but it's also a con: single women in their late thirties tend to complain a lot. Most of the younger tenants (even the children) don't bother us too much, but the older ones can get whiney. We don't have big raging parties or anything, but when people are complaining about noise because you're watching
