Apartment Review for Casa Del Sol Apartments - Huntington Beach, CA

When my wife and I moved in here in 2000 there were many people like us...mid to late 20's, quiet, mellow. There were few kids, and few young (18+) tennants. The management was helpful, responsive, and professional. Over the last couple of years, the grounds have continued to run down with little work performed. The tennants have gotten progressively younger, louder and more obnoxious. Trash is all over the place all the time, people are always hanging out on their tiny little balconies with loud music and cigars. Both of our cars have been broken into, and we're not alone. I would say good things about this place, but they are few, and insignificant. Don't rent here, unless you don't have any standards. Maybe they are good about low-income assistance? It would explain the tennants.
