Apartment Review for Harbour Lights Apartments - Huntington Beach, CA

The staff are two faced liars with terrible customer service. I have a laundry list of complaints, but the biggest is that we found about a dozen large pieces of broken glass all over the floors in each room throughout the first month we moved in from the renovations done after the evicted tenant moved. They had to replace the carpets because they were soaked with urine, and during our "walk through" we got to see workers covering the floor with chemicals to kill the smell - this was the same day we moved in. They moved us in quickly to get their precious money before taking the time to prep the place. We asked numerous times for small fixes, were promised and even scheduled, then nothing happens. Plus there's contstant construction going on. They nickel and dime you to death with parking and making you buy a special card for the laundry machine. The building was built in 1968 so don't expect much. It's decent medium grade apartment... but for a few bucks more you can get a world of difference.
