Apartment Review for Huntington Breakers - Huntington Beach, CA

You can not ask for a better place by the beach! The beach is right there. It has a great pool area that stays open late. Plenty of room on the balconies and patio. The property management is very easy going! They DON'T harass you. The security patrol DOESN'T harass you. Lots of other college kids. Nobody else has Friday classes. Good for renting with friends. They offer short term leases. Parking kind of sucks. Sometimes the HB police comes by to break up parties on RARE occasions. Yes, there are spiders, grow up.
