Apartment Review for Huntington Creek - Huntington Beach, CA

There are far better and less expensive places out there. If you like NO peace and quiet screaming kids constant construction saws and hammering. If you like having your water tuned off once or twice a month without notice (since I’ve been here 6 times now and water is one of the services I pay for each month but it’s screw you we’re shutting if off) All service that you pay for here combined is over 350.00 dollars a year. Other apartments I have been looking at they pay those services and the rent is less. Also there is very little parking (very little) you are right next to the free and the air is far from fresh you can smell exhaust that can’t be good for you. On top of all this and the biggest reason that it sucks here is management they could care less about the tenants. Lied to me right to my face before I signed and when I called them on it after I signed few days later they played stupid. Covered it up with more lie’s .It makes me sick just thinking about how you would have to straight up lie to fill these apartments.( I should have got it in writing) The construction here is endless the whole time I’ve been here it’s one inconvenience after another and constant hammering and sawing. Not the maintenance crew. Strangers in and out of my apartment and climbing on my deck. Strangers that management gives the keys to. They clearly over charge for these apartments. Come and see for yourself or be smart and spend a little time and shop around. Get more bang for your buck. PS. Somewhere with central air conditioning.
