Apartment Review for Huntington Villas - Huntington Beach, CA

Do not move-in here!! Apparently if you maintain the apartment in good condition it does not matter because they will take it out of your security deposit. Although California law states you cannot be charged for normal wear and tear the management company does not care! Instead they make the tenant that is moving out pay for getting the apartment ready for the next tenant that moves in. The leasing staff are not professional --never return calls, do not consider special circumstances like an extra guest parking ---which there is none!! This place is also not ADA compliant, so if you have a disability or require accomodations DO NOT MOVE HERE!! There are many vacancies --a bad sign. The management staff is breaking the law, but unfortunately a majority of tenants do not know their rights, so they are taking advantage of a lot of people!!
