Apartment Review for Huntington Villas - Huntington Beach, CA

This apartment complex was really nice three years ago when I moved in, but it has changed management two or three times in those three years. The different management companies that have taken over have all sucked. Not only are they rude and unreasonable, but my son was bitten by a dog that was running loose in the complex and when we called management, they actually laughed and didn't take it seriously. And the parking is horrible. Even if you are a tenant, if your sticker isn't completely visible, then they tow your car away to some place in Santa Ana and charge you $350 to get it out three hours later. When you call with a maintenance issue, they come a month later. The apartments are pretty big but the rent goes up like $200 every year, which has become rediculous. They also recently painted the buildings in horribly ugly colors. There are a bunch of crazy people who like to rev their engines at 3 in the morning and race through the parking lot like its the Indy 500. If you move in here, good luck, you'll need it living in this place.
