Apartment Review for Huntington Villas - Huntington Beach, CA

I am a resident that has special needs. Because of what I do for a living, I asked the leasing office to put me in a spot where my DJing would not be a problem. I also inform them that I do have a BBQ only because there is no balconies here, I made sure I inform them about my belongings. Things where going okay. When I moved in though the light in the kitchen didn't work and the kitchen faucet was leaking, but after telling them twice, they finally got it fix. However it should of only happened once. Then literally after a month of living here, I get a phone call from one of the representatives letting me know that I need to move my BBQ. What made me angry was the fact that they rushed me in so fast into my apartment, to this day they still havn't send me a copy of my lease that I was promise a week after I moved in. When I moved in my pool and gate keys were didn't work as well as my gate clicker. Things like this should not happen especially when you move in. The apartment should be trying to impress you so that you feel more comfortable about the decision you made by living here. Also my complaint is about having my BBQ, when I asked if I could put my BBQ in my car park, they also replied with a no because it's a car park and not a garage. This apartment complex doesn't really care for its residents, they just want to get you in take your money and forget that you even exsist.
