Apartment Review for Huntington Villas - Huntington Beach, CA

Noise is not just a an issue, its an epidemic. Motorcycles revving their motors at 5:30 AM out side your window, dirtbike races in the parking lot at 3 AM on the weekends, dog poo EVERYWHERE, crummy workout facility. There is a gang of neighborhood kids who consistently cause problems, vandalize property, blow off fireworks outside your window, break things you leave on your porches, and generally have no respect for anything. Calling the rental office to have these kids dealt with is useless. THIS ALONE is enough not to move here. Couple that with the general crappy conditions of every other aspect of living here, and you want to avoid this place like the plague. I am breaking my lease early and taking a hit on the charges - this place is the worst place EVER. I can't stress enough that I have lived in many places in this country, and this is the worst apartment complex I have ever encountered. I generally do not give out poor reviews for anything and keep to myself, but this place is just AWFUL. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!
