Apartment Review for Huntington Villas - Huntington Beach, CA

Scumbag centeral is right. Expect to have your car towed, even if you have a sticker, as there is an "arrangement" between the towing company and the management. After the second time my car was towed, I went in to confront the manager and he didn't have the balls to talk to me. I told his cohart that if he didn't come out and resolve the issue, I would tear his fucking head off and they called the police. The police finally arrived and after I explained everything, they suggested that I file a class action suit against the management and the towing company as they (police) knew that there was something going on that wasn't above board. Apparantly, there were many such complaints.

There were (2) drug busts in adjacent apartments during my 6 month period. Full blown swat team, helicoptors, etc. Nice!

I broke up one fight where 1 kid (who didn't live there) was beating the snot out of another with a baseball bat.

Aside from the obvious trash, noise, dirtbags, parking, lack of management, lack of security, disgusting laundry facilities, punk kids (that don't live there), dog shit everywhere, and overall unsightly conditions, it's a wonderful place to live if you're into such things.

I'm gald the management decided not to renew my lease, I probably would have kicked the shit out of them and gone to jail over some dirtbag.
