Apartment Review for Huntington Villas - Huntington Beach, CA

I moved in here in January with my 13 year old son and we like it a lot. Management always fixes everything on time. The apartment was clean upon move in, I have NEVER seen a cockroach in my unit. There are a lot of other kids my son's age ahere nd the school bus stops right at the corner. BBQs at the pool are a blast, but like I said you have to be young and enjoy the "party" culture. After living in Ohio my whole life, I welcomed parties at the pool and fun neighbors. My unit has a parking spot and a garage spot, so parking isn't a problem for me. Maybe I'm nieve, but I like it here. Super close to shopping and restaurants and the 405, while being right down the main drag to the beach. Don't move here if you don't want to be surrounded by young people having fun!
