Apartment Review for Huntington Villas - Huntington Beach, CA

I've moved into this complex twice. The first time I even renewed my one year lease. The only reason why I moved out was because I moved in with my boyfriend. When we broke up I moved out of his place and back to this complex. It's almost been a year since I've moved back. So...it's really not that bad living here. For starters, I have 2 small dogs. It is extremely hard to find a place that allows two dogs. But, you also pay for it. It is pricey living here, but hey when you have dogs...that's what you get! Here and there...there are parties going on, but it's not that loud. The ONLY loud complaint that I have to say..is that damn idiot who keeps on shrieking his tires down the driveway for no apparent reason (probably because he hates his car so he wants to ruin it quicker or something).

People here are very nice and friendly. A lot of college students but there are some older people with kids. The maintenance people here are super nice. I even know their names since I've been here for so long. When you need something to be fix, sometimes it may take a while probably because it's a big complex, they have a lot on their list.

Parking here is horrible. BUT from experience...parking at every damn apartment is horrible. That's what you get for living in an apartment.

The first time that I lived here, rent was very reasonable. Now it's high, but everywhere else is high too. All I have to say is...don't expect too much when you are looking for a place. You have to look around and see what's out there. If you look for apartments in huntington beach...others are even worst. And honestly..it's not bad living here at all. Hopefully this helps. Apt 131
