Apartment Review for Huntington Villas - Huntington Beach, CA

This is the worst place to live in. Trust me. I even ended my lease prior rather than keep living here. There’s a party every night as this place is packed with teenagers. These type of parties are not even healthy. You can hear them fighting every night. They break glasses and the police has been coming here very frequently. The neighbors and I have called 911 at least 5 times in a month. Do you think it’s worth living in a place like this? How about parking? Parking sucks. Because there are many parties going on (even during weekdays), it’s very hard to find parking after 8 pm. If you want to wait for parking, you need to wait for at least 1 hour to find parking outside the complex cuz there is not even parking inside the gate, good luck with it. This place is REALLY REALLY bad. The living situation is bad enough and top it all --the staff from the leasing office is bad, especially Sheree, Tracie and Autumn (manager). DON’T LET THEM BUY U WITH FREE RENT. Is it worth living in a place where you cannot even call home? After a long day of work, you just want to chill. But guess what? You rather go back to work as you need to stand all the noise—noises come from everywhere, pets and people. And the walls are very very thin… You can hear when your neighbor is talking.
