Apartment Review for Huntington Villas - Huntington Beach, CA

Appears to be a nice complex, once you move-in, management is extremely rude, maitainence is slack. I had termites in my apartment for 6 months before they ever called an exterminator and my carpet always reeked of cat pee and they never replaced it the previous owner come to find out had 4 cats. Now that i'm moving out they want to charge me to replace the carpet. I always pay my rent on time but one time i payed it early and payed $100 more and they turned around and said that i was late and that i still owed them a late charge balance of $20. I had no proof of the day i turned in my rent so there was nothing i could do. I would never recommend this place. It has been a total nightmare. My lease runs out this month and I'm am so thankful to leave this place.
