Apartment Review for Huntington Vista Apartments - Huntington Beach, CA

everything stinks. They have trash chutes that go to a room where the trash sits for a week and you can smell the decompaosing food all through the hallways if you are downstairs. Woman that lives downstairs won't let anyone open the hallway doors because supposedly it's a "fire hazard" so the smell just stagnates in the hallways. Don't even try to open the doors, she'll yell at you and slam the door in your face!

Apartment management is the most imcompetant group of people I have ever met. We might as well have teenagers running this place. NOthing is taken seriously and no action is ever taken for maintenance problems.

Lisa Clark's attitude is horrible. She's a miserable woman, who is so obviously either drugged out, or used to do alot of drugs when she was younger. Don't even think about asking her for help, cause she'll blow you off as soon as you leave her office, if she's even in the office, cause that never happens. I think she's been fired, but I'm not sure.

Maintenance is sssssooooooooooooooooooo bad!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They have no idea how to fix anything. Everything is half-assed! Caulking all over my shower doors. Paint all over my carpets. But, apparantly that's not my problem and they can't fix it.

Groups of new tenants around us are EXTREMELY LOUD till all hours of the night and nothing is done about it.

They say they have security, but the guy just sits next to the gym with his buddy and smokes cigarettes all night.

Utilities are $100 a month because it's averaged with all the other apartments. Definately not a energy friendly place! BY the way, they won't tell you that until after you are in the office ready to move and have no other choice!

It's $20 per month per cat extra! What a rip!

No parking for guests ever! If I get here after 5:00pm I have to park on the other side of the world!

Gas leaks almost once every 3 months or so. Emrgency manintenance never available!!!!!

DON"T MOVE HERE IF YOU WANT TO KEEP YOUR SANITY!!!!!!!!!
