Apartment Review for Huntington Vista Apartments - Huntington Beach, CA

yes you live near the beach, you pay for it believe me. i spend a ton of cash to live here. there is no air conditioning, so you better invest in fans. and oh yeah, forget about openning your windows to let a litte air in. you can do it if you dont mind listening to the ENTIRE neighborhood and their lives. i swear, i feel like i live in a New York tenament. the only thing missing is the clothes lines going from one building to the other. this place is nothing less than a big old Frat house. that maybe what you are looking for, but if you have kids, witch i do, you will spend most of your time explaining what the "F" word means and why the have to hear it yelled every ten seconds from everyone in the complex. it is LOUD, CROWDED, OVERPRICED, AND INCOMPITENTLY STAFFED. if you have a problem with anything in your apt. FIX IT YOURSELF! it will take them a year to get to it, and then they wont fix it well. we have had more police activity in that place than a south central project. every night it seems there are 2 cop cars in the place telling one idiot or another to shut it down. if you are looking for a nice place to live, if you are a grown up with a grown up life, DONT MOVE HERE!! I WARN YOU!! DONT DONT DONT!!!!!!
