Apartment Review for Huntington Vista Apartments - Huntington Beach, CA

i've been renting for over 15 years and i have had some real bad places. HOLY GHOST!!! this place is HORRIBLE. im not sure i can swear on this site so i will refrain but my God! this place is cool if you dont mind being kept awake by all the partying that goes on here, till all hourse of the night. you call the "security" guy and what does he do? he stands around with the party people and chit chats with them as he smokes his cig. and laughs at the "working folks" that need to get up for work the next day. i realize he only makes $6.75 an hour but he still has a job to do right? i might not mind if the partying was kept to Fri. and Sat. night but it doesnt and i am not exagerating, it goes on EVERYNIGHT. and im not talking about the fun pretty people running around in their underwear and having a good time till midnight. im talking about white trash scum bags drinking, cussing, screaming, and fighting till sometimes 3 am. it has gotten so bad we dont even call security anymore, nope, HB's finest is on speed dial. i am not an old man, i hate to be the one to rat out a good time but dang, you gotta to get any rest. of course you can feel real good about spending close to $1800 a month for a two bedroom with no air conditioning and no utilities, when you know that the "crack staff" in the office will be there to assure you have all the luxury you can handle. (sarcasim) they are vacant minded people to say the least. i swear to God, i am at the point i am going to bail out of my lease and pay the ransom just so i can get some sleep at night. if you care about your health and the way you spend your cash. DONT FREAKING EVEN CONSIDER THIS DUMP! go home and live with mommy and daddy first.
