Apartment Review for Huntington Vista Apartments - Huntington Beach, CA

Nice apartments very close to surfing at HB. Management is run by big real estate company. No personal touch. All problems are tabled or failed to respond to. Maintenance is done all the time. If you sleep during the day and work nights don't stay here. It is very noisy all day and young neighbors party all weekend. Your neighbors break the security gates all the time to let their partying friends in. Nothing is done about these issues. Rent is very high for the area. Exercise room has good eliptical and treadmill and weight machines. Kids play on the equipment and are rowdy. No AC.
