Management could use a course in ethics. They lie and they lack accountability. Customer service skills are non-existent. I have not figured out if they are criminals or severly mentally ill. They make promises they dont keep and are usually not available. They dont realize that the residents are not there to serve them.  Need to rent an apartment?
