Apartment Review for Ocean Breeze Villas - Huntington Beach, CA

Office staff do not respond to calls in a timely manner, or any manner. After hours operater is rude. Never any parking. Other tenants are dirty slobs and leave trash, shopping carts, and old furniture lying around. Ant & roach infested. There are so many coats of paint on the walls & cabinets that the cabinets doors don't even close. Maintenences way of fixing things is to paint over them (example: water rotted baseboards in bathroom, rust spots in sink and tub, they weren't there when we did a walk through, but first time I cleanrd the bathroom i guess i washed the paint away). You can never find parking & if you want an extra parking spot it will only cost you $40 more bucks a month and don't you dare try to park in the new tenant parking cause they"ll be quick to slap a tow sticker on your vehicle while theirs is parked right next to you. Even though they live on the premises and have their own assigned spots & their spot is empty @ the time. The place is in desperate need of a make over & new staff. They're sure nice & friendly when you first go in to look @ the place, but once they get you to sign that lease that all changes.
