Apartment Review for Ocean Breeze Villas - Huntington Beach, CA

This the most costly place I have ever lived. It's not the rent that is expensive, but everything I have had to replace that makes it expensive. I have had my laundry stolen twice, my car vandalized, packages stolen off my front porch and my car has been stolen from my parking space within the last six months. Not only are you living with criminals, but also among managment that is not will to take any action at all to prevent crime. We are not the only ones that encountered this problem. Petty crimes is a big problem at this apartment.
