Apartment Review for Regency Palms Apartments - Huntington Beach, CA

I've lived here for almost 4 yrs now and have seen many changes take place. They've painted, redone roofs, and a few other things and the rent is still lower than anywhere else. The bad things are mainly the unruly neighbors. I think the entire time I've lived here there was a total of one year that it was fairly quiet, the rest of the time I'm up calling security and the cops to come and quiet them down. This morning I go out to get my paper and there's a giant dog crap under my son's window! I live upstairs so I know that it was my partying LOUD piggy neighbors! that's so disgusting, this year will be my last year of torment here I don't care what I have to pay to get some sleep and DECENT, CLEAN NEIGHBORS! don't get me wrong, there are a few very nice neighbors too but the ones I usually get right next to me or under me most of the time are disgusting partying pigs! Don't move here. oh and every time I call security nobody ever comes!!!!
