Apartment Review for Regency Palms Apartments - Huntington Beach, CA

when i moved in to this apartment the entire carpet was covered with stinking stains of animal urine, the place was not cleaned (at all), it was not painted and everything was broken. after fighting with the management for three weeks i was finally able to get some things fixed, however, not all things. they refused to replace my pee soaked carpet, so i ended up calling the corporate office who finnally made the management here replace it, after a month of living here. the neighbors are loud, kids are loud, the walls are thin and you can hear everything that goes on with other people. the rent is way too high for the quality of the place. and i cannot wait to move out! i have only lived here a year and all of my neighbors have moved in and out at least twice. this place is horrible. don't live here.
