Apartment Review for Regency Palms Apartments - Huntington Beach, CA

No really, someone from management must have written that last one. Just take a look at those other reviews including mine!! I have been living here at Regency Palms for almost a year now, and I have to tell you this place is nothing but a joke. There is absolutely no parking, especially at night. If you do find parking somewhere in here you better be in for a long walk. Speaking of walking, I wouldn't do that at night since everything is so poorly lit which could be why we get so many car break ins. I'm assuming the "criminals" get in because the gates in our beautiful gated community are constantly stuck in the open position. On the few days when they are actually closed nothing will open them, not even your gate remote!! Even most of the walk in gates are broke, just give them a little tug and most will pop right open. The dumpsters are always full overflowing out onto the blacktop leaving a smorgasbord of goodies for all the trash diggers and vagrants passing through. There is so much more, I haven't even gotten to the inside of the apartments which is no better than the outside, but alas it is New Years Eve and I have places to go. So I will leave on this note, Regency Palms was not always this bad, it took a turn for the worse when the last manager left and to make matters worse the leasing consultant that leased to me, Jodi, has left taking with her the last shred of customer service.
