Dogs Barking ALL of the time. Sometime 11:00 at night. Cigarette and marijuana smoke come in the windows. Mold grew in the wall told to use bleach to clean it. Not always a place to park. Carpet is very poor. Softer with a dirt floor. Only one plus: plenty of storage.  Need to rent an apartment?
