Apartment Review for Sea Breeze Gardens - Huntington Beach, CA

I really enjoy living here at Seabreeze Gardens. As usual in close proximity to other neighbors you tend to cross paths very often. My neighbors are friendly and very kind. I as a single woman feel very comfortable living here and very safe. Anytime I have needed something fixed, repaired, or checked on it has been done in a timely matter if not within a few hours. It is a quiet complex but not silent. You can be entertained with an early bbq and friendly neighbors, but I wouldn't consider it a rowdy place, beyond a weekend bbq every once in awhile. I really appreciate the staff's attention to detail as well as to my needs as a renter. I am a mother of a young son and enjoy the family environment that we have with the open courtyard that you will find normally noisy with children's laughter and the chatter that goes with bike riding and scooter riding. Like I said, if you demand peace and quiet, its probably not the place for you. If you enjoy getting to know your neighbors, a weekend bbq, and a pizza party for the kids, you'll love it. I think that the other reviews have been based on biased personal issues that have nothing to do with the overal enjoyment I have found here. If I had the choice I would definetly rent again, I have found not only neighbors, but great friends here as well. Thanks.
