Apartment Review for Sea Breeze Gardens - Huntington Beach, CA

i would tell people to run!! the managment here turns off the water without giving notice all the time. They are not around when people are moving in or out. Many times new apartments have not been ready when new residents are due to move in. if you ever have a problem you are better off calling the police than trying to go through the managment company. This place is NOT worth what you would be paying for it. Find another complex.
