Apartment Review for Surfside Villas - Huntington Beach, CA

I live here now and the termites are a total infestation. My upstairs toilet is being held on by the pipe only. My linoleum floor is covering a big huge hole around the pipe of the toilet. The toilet is leaning back against the wall. Termites came up from the toilet and onto the bathroom floor. You can see outside that the wood trim is just eaten up with termites. Really, they would have to level this place and start over with new units, that is how bad this place is. Its too late to drape the units and kill all the termites...Not good!!!!!!
