Apartment Review for The Sea Environment - Huntington Beach, CA

Talk about the worst place in Orange County! These apartments are run by owners and management who do not care about the healthy, safety, or well being of their residents. Multiple units have been tested positive for toxic mold and the management is doing NOTHING about it. Our balcony planks fell through and we were left with a hole in our balcony that was not repaired but they instead just shortened the balcony to decrease our space. THe maintenance is HORRIBLE and the only area you can find flowers is by the manager's apartment. There is no type of security, the gate moves away if you just push it and there is no keyed entry to the complex. The management is a nightmare and the residents are LAST on their list of importance. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!
