Apartment Review for Windjammer Apartments - Huntington Beach, CA

How do I start? For the most, the apartment has been convenient..however recently they have hired new people. And, the new people have been extremely unhelpful. The place is dusty, and maintenance issues don't get handled the way they should. I actually think the maintenance people are nice, but they don't get the right leadership from the office. There is a new man they hired in the office who totally was rude to me and my friends. I mean, I know that it can be stressful working with the public but when you're rude to people who pay your check and they haven't been rude to you its just ridiculous! I've spoken to others who have had the same problem with the rudeness. The water bill is so high, and the minute you have forgotten to pay your rent you get an inviction note, which is very unprofessional instead of a professional reminder. There is one girl there that is nice who has been there for a while I think, but the rest of the people are totally disinterested. The place is old, dusty, and dirty... gates stay open, not enough parking, very high utility bills, and more than anything RUDE STAFF who could care less. When my lease is up I'm so gone!
